Author’s Declaration and Copyright Agreement

The Taadler Publisher House is pleased to have the opportunity to publish your manuscript in Taadler journals.  In order that Publisher may obtain copyright protection for the contents of the Journals, it is necessary for you to execute this formal transfer to your copyright in this manuscript to the Publisher.

TTaadler journals are scholar journals with hybrid readers’ Access.  That’s why the Author’s rights are differing and depends on Authors’ choice to publish their articles with Open or Paid Access.

Upon acceptance for publication, the corresponding author and all co-authors (if any) hereby grant(s) to the Taadler Publisher House an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publicly display, digitize, distribute, sell, license, transfer, transmit, prepare derivative work based on, modify for editorial purposes (without destroying the integrity or meaning of the work as defined herein) and publish in any format and/or media and otherwise use the manuscript in whole or in part, alone or in compilations by any method, device, or process, and through any channels, now known or later conceived or developed listed below throughout the world in all languages.

This Copyright Agreement uses Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC-BY-NC-SA): for non-commercial purposes, lets others distribute and copy the article, to create extracts, abstracts and other revised versions, adaptations or derivative works of or from an article (such as a translation), to include in a collective work (such as an anthology), to text and data mine the article, as long as they credit the Author(s), do not represent the author as endorsing their adaptation of the article, do not modify the article in such a way as to damage the author's honor or reputation, and license their new adaptations or creations under identical terms (CC-BY-NC-SA). In order to organize a  productive discussion and get many references to his/her work the Author(s) may self-archive an author-created version of his/her article on his own website and his/her institution's repository, including his/her final version; however he/she may not use the publisher's PDF version which is posted on www.taadler.com. Furthermore, the Author(s) may only post his/her version provided acknowledgement is given to the original source of publication and a link is inserted to the published article on Taadler website. The link must be accompanied by the following text: "The original publication is available at www.taadler.com".

Copyright assignment

Each author or, in the case of a work made for hire, an authorized agent of the employer, must complete and sign an author’s declaration and copyright agreement. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to ensure all authors sign and return a copy of this agreement. Print the form, scan the signed document, and convert it to a PDF file.
